Sad News re George Beadle

With great sadness we have to announce that the club has lost one of its founding and long serving members, with the passing of George Beadle. George has been a stalwart of the Scarborough Angling scene with his support of the local clubs and the Scarborough Angling Festival and will be sadly missed by all of us, commiserations go out to all his family and friends

His funeral  will be held at St Peters Church, Castle Road, on Tuesday the  21st of June at 1.30pm followed by a family service at the crematorium. The family will then come back to the Anglers club for a celebration of Georges life, all friends and members are welcome.
